Nationals Try-out Process

In response to this wild success, I am going to punish you all by announcing officially that the selection process for Nationals will begin. In order to be eligible for nats, you must do the following: 

1) Declare your intent and availability. You must be able to guarantee availability for the tournament and subsequent travel dates (April 10-14). Do this by responding to this post as : Interested and available. 

2) Show up at practice on Wednesday night, 7pm sharp. 

Trials will consist of you doing 2 back-to-back debate rounds where you will be asked to speak with different partners on one easy topic and one challenging topic. Your partner preferences will be taken into account, but not guaranteed. 

Presently, we have 4 team spots available and 1 judging spot. Anyone who has been to at least 3 practices is considered a member of the union and is eligible to compete for a spot at Nationals.
